Meet The Team
Ann Khoo
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Ann, the founder of CTAPPS, started her company in 1998 in a suburb town called Cheras. With a strong interest in telecommunications, Ann ventured into telephony solutions in her early days.
She grew her company exponentially with a team of dedicated members. Over the last 20 years, CTAPPS achieved an MSC status in 2005 and was granted an MGS Grant for video streaming in 2009.
Fast forward to today, Ann continues to expand her business solutions beyond telecommunications and into various sectors such as banks, government bodies, enterprises and airlines.
Yu Xuan
Admin & Finance Head
In charge of the numbers, Yu Xuan has been managing CTAPPS' hiring process and accounts for more than a decade.
With 30-years of accounting experience under her belt, she has a keen eye for details. She reviews and improves administrative systems and policies.
In her spare time, Yu Xuan tidies up the office and facility. Ensured that they are stocked with the necessary supplies (especially food) to keep the team happy and motivated.
Khairulnizam
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Nizam graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science & IT from the University of Technology Malaysia in 2001. As CTAPPS' technology keeper, he safeguards them from breaches.
Apart from coding, he spearheads the planning of designs and implementation of telephony system application software at both telco-grade and enterprise levels.
Creative in nature, Nizam conducts fun yet insightful training programs to keep his team members up-to-date regularly.
Chi Kar
Product & Marketing Head
Fool not by her appearance, Chi Kar's strength lies in executing marketing strategies. She coordinates both the marketing and technical team in the planning process.
Being a tester herself, she also determines a customer's needs by researching the needed information from the market. Thus, drawing IP specifications for future product lines.
Coping with demands, Chi Kar unwinds down a busy day by cooking her favorite meals. A happy mind soothes the soul.
